What is a Process Group

A process group is a small (8 to 10 members ), facilitated group where people explore themselves and their relationships through what happens between group members in real time. Rather than simply talking about life outside the group, participants have the opportunity to notice and work with patterns of connection, conflict, belonging, vulnerability and boundaries as they emerge in the group. It can be particularly helpful for people who want to understand recurring relationship patterns, feel more connected to others, develop greater emotional awareness, or navigate life transitions with the support and perspective of a group.

By keeping the various thresholds of the nervous system in our awareness, we work towards developing a greater capacity to stay present, connected and responsive while moving through the experiences that life and relationships inevitably bring. In the here and now of the group we see how familiar ways of relating show up, sometimes before we even consciously recognise them, and explore what might be possible: new choices and ways of being that may previously have felt difficult, unfamiliar or unavailable.

Our mission

The group can become a place where people experience connection, difference, vulnerability and boundaries while having the opportunity to notice what happens in themselves.

Our vision

By keeping the various thresholds of the nervous system in our awareness, we work towards developing a greater capacity to stay present, connected and responsive while moving through the experiences that life and relationships inevitably bring.
