Our Services

Mindfulness-based Life Coaching

is an approach to personal development and goal-setting that integrates mindfulness practices with traditional life coaching techniques. The aim is to help clients create meaningful change in their lives while cultivating present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.

The sessions are led with inquiry-based coaching questions that is aimed to expand on the topic brought by the client while mindfulness practices like noticing and differentiating between thoughts, emotions, and body sensations is highly encouraged.

1:1 Organic Intelligence® Sessions

Organic Intelligence (OI) is a therapeutic framework developed by Steven Hoskinson that focuses on using the body’s natural self-healing and self-organizing capacities to address stress, trauma, and promote post-traumatic growth.

It emphasizes a shift from a focus on pathology to one that reinforces the body’s inherent signals of healing and growth through compassion, attunement, and connection.

Process & Support Groups

Rather than focusing only on past experiences, process groups emphasize what is happening in the group in the present moment — feelings, reactions, and interactions between members.

Members learn about their own relational patterns (e.g., trust issues, conflict styles, boundaries) through feedback from others and in time, develop interpersonal skills and emotional and mental capacity to hold relational complexities with more ease.

There is currently one support group with the theme of Voluntary Immigration that will start in September

“The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help.”

Irvin Yalom, The Gift of Therapy
