I have a passion for creating spaces where we can feel a sense of belonging. Once we co-create a respectful and safe-enough space that we can be ourselves, together we can explore the unventured, undiscovered, and unseen parts of ourselves with a sense of curiosity, courage, and understanding.
Growing and evolving through connection:
In both group and 1:1 sessions, we’re aiming to create a safe-enough space that allows the nervous system to open up to self-reflection and integration of the information that comes through.
With a sense of belonging, shared understanding, and intention to be present to what’s happening in here and now, both the group spaces and the personal sessions help individuals grow in the capacity of emotional differenciation and developing a kinder inner dialogue while advancing their interpersonal communication skills with some risk taking in trying the new skills with help of facilitation when necessary.
