A process group is a small, facilitated group where people explore themselves and their relationships through what happens between group members in real time. Rather than simply talking about life outside the group, participants have the opportunity to notice and work with patterns of connection, conflict, belonging, vulnerability and boundaries as they emerge in the group. It can be particularly helpful for people who want to understand recurring relationship patterns, feel more connected to others, develop greater emotional awareness, or navigate life transitions with the support and perspective of a group.
